You should receive an email confirmation after to place your order. Please look over all information to make sure everything is correct. We are not responsible if your leis are shipped to the wrong address. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please call us to verify.

We will have to substitute the lei with one as similar as possible and notify you of that substitution. It is very important that you leave a phone number that you can be reached at during the day just in case we need to contact you. Your order will not be shipped without your approval.
During the check out process, you will choose an arrival date for your leis and we will ship accordingly. We recommend that you request to receive your leis at least one day prior to your event.
No. In Hawaii, FedEx is unavailable on the weekends. Therefore, we are unable to ship out on a *Saturday or a Sunday. If you place your order over the weekend, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
We do not recommend Saturday deliveries to California as some FedEx stations in California do not have agriculture inspectors to release your shipment. Therefore, you will not get your leis until Monday.
We ship Monday through Friday only. In Hawaii, FedEx is unavailable on the weekends.
Please be sure to choose a delivery location where someone will be able to accept your lei shipment (i.e. work address or family member’s house). If no one is available to accept the delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler out with ice so that the FedEx driver may leave it and your leis will remain as fresh as possible until you arrive.
