Shipping Methods

FedEx 2nd Day

FedEx 2nd Day will take two days for delivery Monday through Friday. Shipping to all states will be delivered by FedEx by 6pm.

FedEx Standard Overnight

FedEx Standard Overnight will arrive the next day by 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, to most of the areas in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado (west of the Rockies) and Utah. For all areas east of the Rockies it will still take two days.

FedEx Priority Overnight

FedEx Priority Overnight will arrive the next day by 10:30am, Monday through Friday, to most of the areas in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado (west of the Rockies) and Utah. For all areas east of the Rockies it will still take two days.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday delivery is an option for an additional $10 per shipment.

Signature Waiver

FedEx will leave your shipment at the door ff the Signature Waiver option is selected during checkout. Doing so may affect your preferred arrival date. Please keep in mind, if your package is left at the door, we have no proof of acceptance or theft. To ensure it is received, we recommend you use a shipping address where someone will be able to accept the delivery – a work address is a good solution.

Local Delivery

Aloha Island Lei also offers local delivery to anywhere on Oahu. If you live on Oahu and would like your order delivered, please select the Local Delivery option at checkout. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and is dependent on where you live on the island.

Will Call

If you would like to order online and pick up your order at our shop, simply select the Will Call option in the shipping selection at checkout. Please allow 5 hours from the time you place your order on line to the time you pick up so we can put your order together and have it ready when you arrive.

Substitutions

If the lei you ordered is not in stock we have the right to substitute with another lei with equal or greater value. We will notify you ahead of time to let you know of the substitution and will do our best to make the substitution as similar as possible. Please make sure you leave a telephone number that you can be reached at during the day and evening.

Orders made after 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time will not be processed until the following business day. Aloha Island Lei & Floral is not responsible for delays in shipment due to severe weather conditions or flight delays.
